1	Question: Answer:	Is the warmth obtained similar to that with other thermal material such as Neoprene? Neoprene does not reflect infrared radiation. The paper by Prof. Brandt, Indiana University, USA(6), showed a temperaqture increase on the knee with Backsure over Neoprene. Backsure also lets peaspiration escape.
2	Question:. Answer:	Adding to the warmth which we feel immediately after wearing Backsure, how long does it take for the clinical effect to take place? Clinical trials 1,3,5 showed, on chronic conditions, the the effect takes place after one week and becomes higher overweeks/months (for subacute conditions the effect may be faster acting).
3	Question:. Answer:	Do you have to use it every day? Recommended, when in pain and many hours as possible/ After weeks, one day off or more is not critical. In the trials,l use was >8 hours per day. Night use is also possible and from the trials in Liverpool, beneficial.
4	Question:. Answer:	Does the technique work for everybody within the scope of indications? Like drugs or surgery, for difficult conditions such as chronic, the extent of effectiveness varies from sublect to subject, although overall the mean effect is positive. This technique however gives no side-effects and no hazards.
